It automates post-trade operations — trade capture, allocation, confirmation, settlement, custody reconciliation and record-keeping — on a shared, permissioned, tamper-evident ledger, and uses AI to flag likely problems before they turn into costs.

Boutique and independent brokerages carry the same post-trade and compliance obligations as the largest firms. AXIBROKER is built around one idea: capture every trade event once, keep a shared, verifiable record of it, connect to custodians through their standard channels, reconcile automatically, and surface likely issues early.
The goal is lower back-office cost and lower operational risk. We will quantify the savings together with our design partners.
Architecture
Event-driven services around a permissioned ledger
AXIBROKER is a set of event-driven services. Business events flow over a Kafka-compatible bus. Post-trade facts that several parties must agree on — settlement obligations and their status — are written to a Hyperledger Fabric permissioned ledger, while everything else stays in conventional, access-controlled data stores. Custodian traffic is isolated behind a dedicated gateway, and AI services only consume events and publish advisory signals.

AXIBROKER is designed as one part of AXINA's integrated offering. Each product keeps doing what it is best at, and a connector keeps them in step, so brokers move between trading, client relationships and accounting without re-keying data or logging in again.
Data Stores
Each store has one owner
There is no shared database between AXIBROKER and the AXERP suite. Data moves between them only through the connector and events, which keeps each system independently secure, upgradeable and auditable.

Built with the same cloud and identity model as AXERP
AXIBROKER is designed to follow the same operating model as AXERP on Amazon Web Services, with data-residency-aware regions, encryption everywhere and hardware-backed key management. Single sign-on is designed around standard OpenID Connect, with Microsoft Entra ID as the recommended identity provider for AXINA-managed deployments.
